Assign Specific Times To Check Social Media
Once you have assigned someone to manage your businesses social media, you should consider setting specific times that they check them. This is to ensure it happens and that this time is easily manageable and procrastination minimised.
To do this the assigned person can assigns specific time in their calendar at set points to check and post on social media as part of their default diary.
How often social media is checked and the amount of time assigned will depend on the nature of your business and how you interact with your customers and potential customers on social media.
