Andun provide design and consultancy services to some of the biggest infrastructure projects in the country including HS1 and Crossrail. Working with civil engineering contractors they operate business to business and operate in a highly-specialised field.
They approached Dowsocial in June 2016 to design and implement the companies first social media and content marketing strategy.
Due to the nature of the industry and the priorities of the Andun team the objectives of the strategy were primarily focused on raising the profile of the business rather than driving direct sales.

The DowSocial Approach
Working with a partner Dowsocial highlighted some areas that could be enhanced to make the Andun website more SEO and user friendly. Working with a partner we managed the delivery of these changes and the creation of supporting website content.
Dowsocial took over the management of the Twitter and LinkedIn accounts for the business and advised Andun to unpublish the company’s presence on Facebook.
This was to focus efforts on platforms where the audience was in a professional mindset and to focus in on targeting the right audiences.
The objectives was to build the targeted audiences on Twitter & LinkedIn and publish interesting content that gets shared amongst Andun’s target audience.
Blogging and SEO Content
Dowsocial has worked with the Andun team to create blogs, case studies and SEO landing pages to showcase the successes the company have had on recent projects.
This has the benefit of providing positive PR and engagement but also improve the SEO quality of the website.
Social media has been a huge success for Andun. The company’s social media accounts have grown rapidly with targeted followers generating hits on the website and plenty of engagement.
A blog and subsequent social media post have gone viral and generated interest within the industry and beyond due to the companies work at White Hart Lane.
Twitter and LinkedIn have each generated directly traceable opportunities that have turned into contracts. The value of which could rise collectively to the hundreds of thousands of pounds.
